Delivery Information
We will endeavour to send out goods the same day as the order is received. However if the item is not in stock you should receive your goods no later than 14 days after the initial order has been placed. If your item is not readily available we will contact you.
At Ashleys we want your goods to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made b y Royal ail special delivery and will reach you within a minimum of three working days.
Please note we can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

1) Return Items to one of our stores at Folkestone or Whitstable.
- Place the items in their original presentation box.
- Take the items and the despatch note you received with your order to your nearest store.
- If the items are in their original condition we will process the refund or exchange for you.
- If you want a refund, make sure you bring the credit/debit card that you used to place the order online.
- If the items were a gift to you then you will be reimbursed with gift vouchers.
2) Return by Post.
- Contact our head office on 01303 248584.
- We will send you a letter with pre-paid labels to attach to your parcel so postage will be free.
- Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely.
- You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel.
- For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online.
- For exchanges you will need to go to your local store, we cannot process exchanges through the post.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
